Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), or known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a severe neurological disease that stops people from being able to voluntary muscles. It is a slow and terrible crippling disease. If you do have the chance to participate or just want to donate, please do as it is for a good cause.

the ALS association funds over 100 research teams looking into ways to help fight this disease. The ALS ice bucket challenge is to spread the awareness and help raises funds for this research.
