The same experiment as Ludger, but I'm trying to explore Homing Shot in particular.
Homing Shot has an odd property where it keeps the momentum of your Jump Arc. In other words, the perfect subject for cancelling. Note that there is a delay between Tiger Blade (Aerial) and Homing Shot. The trick is to do Homing Shot between Tiger Blade's recovery Frames, and the landing itself. I assume that window is only a few frames at best. You can extend it from there if you want to stay in the Air longer with a Sonic Thrust - Air Normal. But you're gonna have to have done the Homing Shot on a very Early Frame if you don want to drop the Normal. Both routes offer the same Cancel rewards, with being able to easily go into Ground Artes and whatnot.
Either way, this adds some utility to an underrated, but very useful and technical Arte overall.

Highlights:
0:27 A LC after Homing Shot
1:13 An ATGC after a Normal Attack

Note, there is a slight difference between Landing Cancels and Air to Ground Cancel (Credit to Muctales for the distinction)
LC: Simply put, the Landing recovery, overrides the recovery of a move. In older games where this is applicable, it can reset the Arte Chain, making it very useful for longer combos. Here, its just mostly for utility.
ATGC: The Attack animation is cancelled midway upon landing. Like in the Ludger video for example, where the two-part hammer attack only hit once because I landed when the second attack was suppose to come out.
