📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Rotational Symmetry: Cells 180 degree rotation apart sum to 10.
• Palindromes: Cells an equal distance from both ends of a line are the same number.
• Kropki Pairs: Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are shown.
