This app makes any decision easy! Depending on where you tap on the 'deal' card will determine who will get the high card.
If you tap the top portion, the top player will get the high card. If you tap the bottom portion, the bottom player will get the high card. If you tap the middle portion of the deal card, it will be a random, fair drawing.
