154You are probably well aware of the fact that codependency almost ALWAYS comes with some form of trauma. Codependency is a "symptom" of the bigger picture. About 60% of adults report experiencing trauma in some form as a child.
In this video, I discuss codependency but point out the trauma inherent in the relational patterns of codependency.
