I'm currently squishing new time saves on this category so I found a way to deal with the metroid without changing to Toggle which saves about 1.3 - 1.5 seconds on just menuing.
The rest seems to be a little bit more consistent, the moonwalk glitch helps a TON and there are new setups for the transitions between the phases.

Also, I'm not going to attempt zips on this boss anymore because they tend to lose a lot of time if I fail them on this fight.
