Changes the second cycle to be more like 100%, where we hit 15 missiles before his firing attack and then we spam missiles during that attack until he dies.

But on Any% we get additional ammo thanks to the firing attacks that Torizo does where we can get missile drops from them.

I replaced the first 15 missiles with bombs and I could get up to 20 missiles for the second part of the second cycle.

With better RNG we can get more to end it faster but it's really tedious here and a TAS is probably gonna abuse the charge beam spam here.
