The very first sub hour IGT 100% run and ended up skipping 1:10 and 1:09 RTA, simply amazing, I never had a run that went pretty well like this one so this is a first and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
This run has the very hard Gravity boost (requires 4 - 5 stutters for the boost, 5 - 6 to store the spark), almost all the major speed boosts, fast EMP balls, fast Guardian, The Tester and metroid kills, getting the Power bomb after the explosion and the double suit transition skip (if the item is in a tunnel then the transition doesn't happen and getting Gravity first ends up preventing the transition for Varia).
The little mistakes prevented the 1:07, some RNG in Area 4 costed me like 7 seconds among other mistakes that costed me about 3 - 4 seconds each.

This is the pace that I want for Normal 100% runs in 1.1.2
And here's the route!
Golden Temple and warp to A5 to get the speed booster in the Gravity section then Screw Attack statue and activate the EMP station.
Go to the Thoth (space first on the left) - Get the super missile near the entrance to Hydro Station then finish this area -
Go to the tower and shinespark upwards to get the supers, kill the gamma and the metroids (left side) on the way to the Geothermal plant, refill, beat The Tester then the last two metroids at the right side.
Go to the Industrial Complex, do the EMP puzzle, then BG3, the mining facility, cleanup the rest of the items on the way to the golden temple then go back to area 5 and finally beat the rest of the game.
