After dispatching the last of the Metroids in The Tower, Samus heads back inside where she goes through some sort of basement filled with various machines. She gets the Power Bomb, but she ends up having to escape after she causes the power cell in the basement to go critical. It isn't that hard as long as you're quick. At the end, Samus is rewarded with another Energy Tank.
