I managed to TAS this but the process is much slower than those videos published on TASVideos.

This was my method: I slowed down the game to a frame by frame speed, then I tried doing that shinespark and recorded everything.
Then I opened the file with virtual dub and it had a lot of lag frames that were caused by the slowdown, once the lag frames are eliminated, (like 1 second of lag for every keyframe) you can see how the shinespark can be achieved if it was TAS.

I can't cheat with this because once I eliminate those lag frames, the sound gets deleted too and you can hear the sound getting distorted.

Optimizes this room by maybe a second.
