Maybe there's a map. Maybe there isn't. I don't know. A controller is definitely recommended, as I began to enjoy it far more once I switched over to a controller. Combat is satisfying and level design feels pretty good. There felt like an overall lack of direction for me, so I wasn't real sure of which way to go or how to progress further. Some precision required for the platforming.
