So I managed to find an RX 6950 XT on sale at Microcenter Open Box for 425 USD. I had to snag it as I didn't think I would be able to find a better deal, especially since it comes with a 90 day warranty. Considering the performance seems to line up close to a 5070, at least in terms of raster performance, it seems like a solid value. of course, it suffers from a lack of proper RT performance, no DLSS or FSR4, and being a power hungry monster that loves running toasty.
