Here's a recap of what I bought in 2019 from scamazon for some 800 dollars:

aesthetic frame, shocks, cdi, rectifier with working tail light, carburetor, front brake calipher, solenoid, battery and blinkers.

here's what they scammed me on 5 years later w proof:

-throttle cable was inches shorter then stock causing tension and snapping after 4 years.
-speedo cable was too short causing tension snap after a few months.
-motor broke from no hot starts and bad compression after one year (it has a qc sticker which means quality check!)
-headlight housing discreetly fit ground wire improperly with vibrations causing burn outs every few months.
-airfilter was really thin causing bog in hot weather
-gas line tubes leaked, although new with clamps, was discreetly made to not fit nipples
-the two rim problems on video, which could be Chinese, the front indicates a design flaw where speed gears bend after a given time by knocking side and rim heats tire seal by pretrusion

Seems like improper bg check or something that looks like it's on purpose...but stupid is stupid and its def not a japanese peacesports.

The rear rim, I don't know but it may seal improperly and be too close to the exhaust. However that can possibly be fixed with deflation when installing a tire ie 30 psi not 40 psi inflation to break the tire in and maybe green slime (I emphasize possibly as the rims were constant lying hot from being too close to the exhaust). The front rim definitely. The x was clearly welded as an improper x shape causing one side to knick the speedometer gear.

That's it but that's more than half of the scooter being defective since the motor failed.
