We show you how to setup Amazon's Echo Sub for Echo speakers, using the Alexa app for iOS/Android - as well as unboxing it, running through the specs and testing out the sound quality using a dinky Echo Dot!

The Amazon Echo Sub costs 120 quid in the UK and adds impressive bass to your home Echo speaker setup. The downwards-firing 6-inch woofer packs some serious power - even testing it with the tiny Dot, the results are solid. Of course, for the best results you'll want to pair the Echo Sub with two of Amazon's top-end speakers, for a true 2.1 stereo setup with full-bodied audio.

Setup via the Alexa app for Android or iPhone is nice and easy. You can quickly pair the sub with any of your Echo devices and group them so they work together automatically, whenever you play music.
