Amazon Luna Adds New Games and a Quiet Feature That Changes Everything
Amazon Luna has added a solid mix of new games this week, including Hollow Knight, Spells and Secrets, and World War Z through Luna Plus. There are also a few new additions for those streaming Gog titles, like Bear and Breakfast, Toem, and Quake II Remastered.
But what really caught our attention is a new toggle feature now showing up on some games. For titles like Hollow Knight and Spells and Secrets, you can now choose between the Luna Plus version and the Gog version—right from the game page. Saves are kept completely separate, which makes it feel a lot like how GeForce NOW handles multiple storefronts.
It’s not officially announced, and it might have been there for a little while, but this looks like a step toward broader storefront support. Epic Games Store seems like the logical next move, especially with how tightly integrated Fortnite already is on the platform and how Prime Gaming often hands out Epic keys.
We also highlight a few picks from the current game sale, including Dishonored 2, Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen, and Legacy of Kain Defiance—all available at steep discounts and ready to stream if you own them on Gog.
Let us know if you’ve used the Luna Plus and Gog toggle, and what you’d like to see Luna support next.
