I'm playing "Solasta" during Steam's free weekend. Fog Cloud and Hunter's Mark were underwhelming. I placed Fog Cloud over the bandit leader and he couldn't miss, while I couldn't see. Hunter's Mark says it grants additional damage done to the target as well as easier detection. The easier detection I figured would help if target is obscured - nope. Needs to be reworded if it only grants easier tracking when marked enemy runs away.
