An AMC share issue slightly after the conversion price run will cause the squeeze. During conversion, arbitrage shorts will close (pushing the price up), legacy AMC shorts holding APE will then use those shares to close their legacy AMC shorts (also pushing the price up).
This combined with FOMO & gamma could push the price to $20-40 pre split or $200-400 post split, meaning Adam Aron would only need to issue 10-20m shares, ridding AMC of all debt by only issuing a tiny amount of shares.
