For this video we will be testing Ubisoft’s newly released game: Assassin Creed Shadows on both the ROG Flow Z13 and the Mac mini housing the M4 Pro chip with a 14-core CPU and 20-core GPU! On the flip side, the ROG FLow Z13 does contain AMD’s new APU SoC which rivals both the M4 Pro in CPU performance and the Nvidia RTX 4060 in GPU performance. Nevertheless, AMD made this chip to specifically rival Apple’s M4 Pro; henceforth, let’s see who comes on top, AMD’s new APU or Apple’s M-series chip. One last thing to note, in terms of graphics, both devices are set to a native 1080p resolution with no MetalFX upscaling/downscaling, FSR, dynamic resolution, or basically any help from software. I want to see which chip is best in its rawest form. Therefore, 1080p is native! With that being said, let’s do some game testing and then look at benchmarks!
