EDIT : 1 Search for updates in Settings - Update and Security - Windows Update - Check for updates and download any update, if you have any.
2 Right click Windows logo in bottom left corner and click Device Manager - Display Adapters - Right click your Graphics Card drivers and click search for updates and search automatically.
3 If your Graphics Card drivers got updated, you should be able to download newer version of AMD software Right Click desktop - AMD Radeon Software - Settings - System - Check for Updates and download any updates you have.
Some software for Driver Updating might downgrade your Graphics Card Drivers and tell you its "Newer version", so you should pay attention to version you are downloading if you are using some Driver Updating softwares

This might help or not, it did help me everytime i did it.
I'm not any computer professional so i'm not sure if it's safe to
fix it like this but i think it is.
