AMD have responded to CTS Labs' allegations by confirming they are almost set to deploy a set of BIOS/software updates, which will totally mitigate the vulnerabilities. AMD have confirmed that these vulnerabilities are very minor anyway, as they require full system administrator privileges.

Futuremark have shown the first demo for it's raytracing benchmark, based upon Microsoft's DirectX raytracing technology and has said that this demo runs on current gen GPUs.

Microsoft have shown off what it believes to be a crucial avenue for machine learning, to utilise within the games industry for better artificial intelligence in non human opponents. Also, development of assets and video games and of course the upscaling and upsampling of video technology.
