In this video I compare the different video outputs from the Amiga CD32 these include: Coaxial, Composite, and S-Video.

You should see a lot of dot crawl on the coaxial and composite footage (shaky looking pixels), as well as less detail.
You may want to pause the video on the close-up footage of the CRT and LCD; check Bren McGuire's face (the man in the Turrican suit), it's much clearer via S-Video.

S-Video is clearly the best, but often finding a way to send this signal into a TV can be tricky as not all TVs support S-Video; in my instance I actually plug into a DVD-Recorder which then displays the image to my TV via. a SCART lead.
