Not knowing all the rules of the game made me a bit reckless! Thankfully, I've managed due to practice of each level, and written descriptions, below.

You are able to adjust your angle of spit in order to reach otherwise inaccessible places, though this resembles the physics of a breakout game, and takes a lot of skill.

Each level has a time-limit, putting you on edge and demanding caffeine-intake. Your energy starts at 99%, so you must take a certain degree of caution (don't blindly run and jump all over the place), also a limited amount of spitpower (ammo) which will top-up slowly even with no items to throw (though time-consuming).

At the end of each world, you are in a maze, without enemies, with just Pixies to be rescued. Here your Arkanoid skills are put to the test. And it gets harder later on!

Items:
10 - Points
C - Magic carpet (temporary flight)
J - Extra jump (hold down and release for effect)
N - Nuke!
P - Extra power
Q - Explosive (Quashes everything onscreen)
R - 180 Degree Spitathon
W - Whirlwind (you can temporarily spin all over the place without injury, killing some enemies on the way)

Items:
Levels 1-: Bananas, apples, peaches, grapes, diamonds, glasses, brown elephants (?), horn-of-plenty,
Green peppers?, grey god-knows-what,

Enemies/hazards:
Levels 1-: monkeys, birds, big-bird (knocks you down one level), salamanders, iguanas,
Level 2: gorillas, bee-hives and swarms of bees (which attack when disturbed), worms, campfires, sharks
Level 3: Big skulls, boss #1 (Ghosts N Goblins-esque millipede-thing), bird-nest chicks, storm-clouds (zap you with lightning), mouth-traps,

Things working in your favour:
Pterodacytl rescuers (hold up while falling and they swoop you back to last platform)
Heads (extra lives)
Energy capsules (these remind me of cod liver oil)
Seesaws (shoot the monkey to bounce you higher)
Stones (ammo)
