Well in the space of a day we got the game started, then sort of running, then mostly working and now finally working well.

Still only ZorroII mode for now but it only gets better from here. The game is limited to 3.5megs of usable vram and that has to house a 256k wb screen, a tripple bufferd 15 bit screen as well as some textures for the game. Its tight and the game slows during texture swapping but its working ok. The game has plenty of options to tweak for speed and dropping to 320x240 does help. Just difficult to play and record in such a tiny window ;)
