Now we have the power to inhale the poisonous gas, so lets leave the cistern and follow me to the sewer. Sewer is the underground passage for the drainage of water and waste materials. We need to get towards the open room where we will find the spinning motors machinery. Turn the lever of first control panel towards the smallest gear. Turn the second control panel towards the larger gear. After the noise is reduced, monster will appear, so HIDE behind the pipes.
Once the monster vanishes, move out of the room, collect the broken pipe from the opposite side of the spinning motor, and jam the motor right away. Pass the motor quickly because monster will be chasing us.
We will reach the room where there are meat fleshes lying on the floor, so we need to hide in the dark room because monster will break the door. Get the laudanum and leave the room once the monster disappears.
Its time to get out of the sewer, we will need few rocks to distract the monster. We need to take either left or right path to trick the monster to escape the sewer.
