Note about the timing: For this run I've used a slightly different timing than my previous run. I still exclude the time spent in the main menu and the loading screens, but I also exclude the "outro"-sequence. I stopped timing when the last pillar fell (including the outro the time is 44 min 01 sec).

Some notes about the run:
There is a bit of luck involved in this game. For example, the second monster encounter in Storage, the monster usually catches up to you when trying to run away. By running close to it in the beginning it will attack you, causing it to be a bit slower before running after you. Then you just have to hope that the pathfinding messes up or something so you can get away :)
The last monster encounter in the Sewers can be a bit random as well. Sometimes it is possible to throw something at it to distract it and be able to push by. Sometimes it will be distracted but just block your path. And sometimes it just ignores what you do and kills you instantly.

Nave is the most difficult map (in my opinion). It has too many difficult tricks and is quite long. I wanted to get through it without loosing any health (loosing health makes you run slightly slower, and the maps after that one is all about running), but it is too easy to get hurt when using the shortcut to skip the stairs. The first fall is high enough that sometimes you take damage, and sometimes not. I still take some unnecessary damage in the end (falling from the pipes gives no damage, but I fell past it), but since I was sick and tired of the map I used it anyway :)

In the final visit to Chancel there is a lot of waiting, since you have to wait for the monster to leave before you can get the tar. And the monster is too fast to just try and run by. I tried a few different tactics to get past him but he always catched up to me and killed me. I also experimented with getting the tar in the first visit to Chancel, but there is a trigger at the bridge that will instantly knock you out, so I don't think the time it takes to try and get past it and also try to outrun the monsters will make up for the time to wait.

Also, in my previous run I ran as fast as I could from Chancel to the Inner Sanctum, but I noticed during this run that if you wait a short while after you assembled the orb, the game will restore your sanity, which in turn will cause you to not crawl around on the floor while opening the door to the Orb Chamber.
