It's not often that we find a piece of interesting Atari history, these days, with most things found, but this seems to be a piece of software with an Atari copyright, that is labeled a prototype, was not released by Atari or APX, and is not a game, but rather feels like an in-house debugging and patching tool for developers. We'll have to ask the Atari engineers if anyone remembers this tool.

For now, I've made an impromptu walk-through showing a development and debugging workflow using the Atari Assembler/Editor cartridge as the assembler.
