🕹️ With New Games, Roland Games & Community Fun! 🕹️
It's birthday week for the Amstrad CPC 464! On the 12th April 1984, Lord Sugar unveiled the 464 to an excited press and public for the first time. So I thought we'd have a little fun tonight, and make it a bit more about the Amstrad / Amstream community!
First though, we have TWO new games to check out! Both are puzzle games and are really cool - "Retrobloc" (think a 3D Tetris, inspired by a game called Block Out) and "Llum" (a Lumines clone).
After, we begin our little birthday party with a trip down memory lane by having a quick look at the Roland games released by Amsoft when the 464 went on sale. For something a little bit new and different, I'll be asking you in the chat to put the Roland games into a 'tier list' (and you can create you own too and share them!) to rank which are the best and worst Roland games. I'll also be asking you to name and design your own Roland game!! Get thinking! The winner might win a prize! Maybe? 😆
Then to finish, if we have time I'll be taking your Amstrad game requests to chill out with. If people are up for it, I might do an Amsquiz!
