Longplay / walkthrough and review for "Darkman" on the Amstrad CPC!

Film licence time from Ocean! And one of my favourites... DARKMAN! I loved the Sam Raimi movie, and whilst it wasn't a worldwide smash success Ocean believed in it enough to put a lot of time and effort into the various versions of the game that also appeared on the Speccy, C64, Atari ST, Amiga, NES and Nintendo Gameboy. The NES version is notable for some of the most stunning presentation and graphics ever seen on the system. However the thing most versions have in common is frustrating gameplay and average-poor review scores at the time.

The Amstrad version? Well I think it's better than the general public consensus, so watch on and enjoy!

(Note - just checked it out, Amstrad Action magazine issue 74 November 1991 rated the game 57%. And on the next page rated Terminator 2 89%.... hmmmm!)
