My experience with Greyhound Bus has been an unmitigated disaster, and if not for my quick thinking and quick wit, I would've had to sleep over on a bus station floor, after an already long and tiring day at PAX East. Speaking as a bus rider myself, I highly recommend avoiding any future Greyhound bus ride if you don't want to experience similar treatment from Greyhound staff.
