"BLOOD TIES"

In this episode I'll be venturing on the quest "Blood Ties" to deliver "Lucy's" letter to her family located in "Arefu" only to find out that "Arefu" has "Family" problem's, one of wich being the fact that "Lucy's" parents "Davis West & Matilda West" have both been killed by their own son "Ian West" "Lucy's" brother. But, in order to find "Ian West" and deliver "Lucy's" letter? I'll need to find "The Family". Having found out what "Ian West" had done to his parents? The Vault Dweller "AZZA" had no interest in just delivering a letter. "Ian West" would have to pay for his actions, no matter the cost...
