An Easy Way to Convert RF Signal to Composite

This is just a quick tutorial on an easy, and cheap way to convert RF to a composite output. I know that there are adapters out there that do it, but if you happen to still own a VCR, then you don't need an adapter.
Overall, a pretty obvious technique, and using a VCR doesn't give you the greatest quality, but it gives you good enough quality to use your capture card for gameplay footage, or reviews. It probably also depends on the quality of the VCR as well.
