So for this video I was experimenting to see that If I posted a video sped up by 400% and slowed the its normal speed after processing would retain its quality...it did not, if anything the result was EXPONENTIALLY CURSED.
I also decided to upload this footage as proof that I was doing trading and leveled up along with footage of what occurred between episodes 8 and 10.

Fallout 4, but nearly all the enemies are legendary!
We'll occasionally come across a very small few that are the same level as us, but that's only if their part of a side spawn in a main quest for miniscule events, or they'll still be a ridiculously higher level than us!
