Godstone is an Old School Platformer that is visually striking and tough, with excellent Pixel Art and
Great Music, so ominous and so very fitting for the huge, gothic style setting.
Gameplay wise, think a less vertical, room based Splunky, but as an RPG, and absent the time rush.
Or a more deliberate and thoughtful CaveBlazers, with the focus on jumping pits, platforming, evading traps, and jumping enemy attacks and attacking back.
Godstone has Five different classes, with different magic staffs, and different spells, consumables, and relics to find in each randomly generated run.
Kill monsters, get exp, and pick 1 skill point, building your character from 1 of the 5 different options, and the skill cards reroll after every pick, so it will be a fresh series of picks every lvl.
Note: This is the demo version of GodStone and thus any encountered bugs or other oddness is not representative of the final product.
