The semi-traditional semi-set review. I think this is my longest in a while, Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty has a lot of very cool cards I'm excited to brew with. Something I really appreciate with the set is that there's a lot of cards at common or uncommon that I think are powerful enough to, if not directly impact competitive standard, at least make for some fun brewing.
