It's for Oldrim. You have to resave the esp in the SSE Creation Kit, and repackage the BSA.

Just extract the BSA's folders using the program called "BSA Browser," put them in your SSE "Data" folder (make sure nothing's in there so you don't get confused!), and use the "Archive.exe" executable (installed from the "Creation Kit" from Bethesda.net) under "Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Tools\Archive" to repackage them into a BSA (make sure the BSA is named EXACTLY "mrt_ARCC.bsa"). Put the BSA with the esp, and voila!

I used the console command "player.placeleveledactoratme 1a765 1" to spawn random leveled bandits, and I typed it into the "ACM.txt," which accounts for whatever key or game controller button you've set to "Hotkey1" (read the text provided in the text files to see which conditions they respond to - there are many! You can toggle them in the MCM.).

I used Steam's "Steam Controller Configuration" feature to set my PS4 controller's left touchpad click to the "K" key, and set "Hotkey1" to "K." Presto! Instant spawned bandits! You can do this to instantly execute ANY console command. Happy adventuring in Skyrim! 👋
