How to access Mirror Mode:
Method 1: Stand right up against a reflective surface, facing the reflective surface. (e.g. the mirror in Entry).
Then open the menu, click on "Game", click on "New".
There should be a setting called "Mirror Mode". Activate it.
Choose your game settings and click Start.
Method 2: Type into console:
"open vortex2?mirrormode=1"
where "vortex2" can be replaced with any map you want, and other options can be added too with further question marks.
How to enable 4-Team Deathmatch:
Open the menu, click on "Options", click on "Advanced Options", the advanced options window pops up.
Click on "Game Types", click on "Team Play", go down to "MaxTeams" and change the value from 2 to 4.
