Android 13 on Poco X3 Pro ft Evolution X version 7.0| Custom ROMs for vayu based on Android 13
5Well, as per you guys have seen with the thumbnail, I have just received an update, while being on Evolution X, and I was already on Android 12L, which is Android version 12.1, and this directly means that I have received the update for newer version of Android, that Android 13 with Evolution X 7.0.
For those who want to know what Evolution X is, it is a Custom ROM, based on Pixel Experience, but the reason why people prefer it is that it provide way better customization, while providing the performance, a little to a lot (needs custom kernel) better, it is no doubt one of my favorite custom ROM.
I think that is to be noted is that the face unlock isn't working with the Android 13 build of Evolution X
So, now a little explanation to what a custom ROM is, custom ROM is nothing but the OS or the stock ROM, of a particular device, in customized form. and allow me to explain as well, whether why a ROM is customized?
The answer to the same is same as the reason behind why the other things are customized, it is customized in order to remove the flaws, and anything or everything, possible, to improve it, in terms of performance, simplicity etc.
