In this video I test the popular Devastating Blow build on my Warrior and my Mage.
Conclusion:
There's something going on with the Warrior and the procs don't work. Is it due to the map? Due to the Warrior's skills? I have no clue, probably someone in the comments will explain why it doesn't work at all.
On the Mage this build is fantastic and allows for easy farming of r20+ content.
Improvements:
I made the mistake of using an Aether which is not needed at all in this build, I forgot the speed bonus from the Katanas. This means that there are 3 "free" slots (4 being occupied by the Valad set). I'd definitely consider an Insanity or two (ring with attack speed), depending on how much is required in order to reach attack speed cap.
Also worth noting: the 2h + shield bug would allow to either skip the Valad set (fairly bad stats) and run Katana*Katana as weapon and fill the remaining 6 slots with high survivability/attack speed gear, or even Katana*Katana + the remaining 4 Valad set items for an extra 10% chance of DB.
