Animal Crossing - Session #2
43Hello everybody, SlimKirby here, and welcome to another session of Animal Crossing!
The first stream session of this from last Wednesday went fine (at least I think it did anyway). Although, I will admit that I do feel like it was a little rough for me personally....not necessarily in a bad way mind you, I just think the pressure of attempting a project of this magnitude kind of came to full realization for me, which I think took me off of my game a little bit and as a result I kind of stumbled through certain parts or through the explanation of certain parts. Because of this, I think I came to the realization/decision that I honestly can't treat this game/project like my other Youtube projects and just need to relax and have more fun with it and not feel as obligated to do or cover every single morsel of gameplay here. I do have my goals with this project, that's for sure, but the most important goal should be to just have fun with it.
So moving forward, I'm going to be a lot more casual with this playthrough. I'm not going to stress myself with doing every little thing and most importantly, I'm going to focus more on the chat and stop treating this as a Let's Play recording session and more like "Hey, let's play some Animal Crossing!" Because honestly, that's what this should be.
Anyway, for this session, we're going to continue on with life in Popstar after our first 3 days of fun introductions. We have some special visitors that will be stopping by during our first weekend, we still have lots of money we need to make for house payments and cool furniture, and with all of our tools at our disposal, we have plenty of fish, bugs and other things to catch! I'm sure we'll also get some new neighbors as well, so hopefully we get some good ones!
