Anime is certainly having a moment. Once something that people were chastised for liking, anime has moved fully into the mainstream, opening up a cottage industry of tattooers who specialize in anime tattoos. A couple of weeks back, Inked NYC hosted an Anime Day where people lined up to get tattoos from anime like "Sailor Moon" and "Berserk" from artists who share their passion for all things anime and manga.
