Annie Dube: Against Mental Health Recovery? (And How YOU Can Get Help)
6Hey all! So, she's decided to outright attack me for talking about the ability to talk about mental health recovery with a commenter. Yeah, I wish I was joking. Apparently her and this commenter have had issues in the past where Annie Dube blames everything on her anxiety disorder, and the commenter tries to give her things that are helpful, and Annie just shrugs them off, or worse, decides to attack the person for trying to help. If you are here from Annie Dube telling you to dislike this video, at least stay and listen as I do discuss not only my mental health, but try to encourage people to get help using the proper tools.
I will repeat, I am not a doctor or a psychologist/psychiatrist and you should ALWAYS consult them before going on medication, or discussing diet and lifestyle changes, but I will let you know that it has personally helped me lead a better quality of life, and as such, it could be a tool for you to look into. ALWAYS consult with your Primary care physician or whoever you are seeing for mental health services!
As for Annie Dube, I will just say one thing. Choosing to not try to do anything for your "Anxiety Disorder" when you know that you might need help, just to garner sympathy from others, is a narcissistic trait, and unhealthy not only to people around you, but to you as well.
Anyway all, she's attacking me for telling people to invest in themselves.
