Access has just released a new video adapter, which will convert from DisplayPort or Mini DisplayPort 1.2, to HDMI 2.0. The adapter supports 4k UHD @ 60Hz, and 1080p 3D @ 120Hz.

It provides enough bandwidth to provide professionals full RBG 4:4:4 color space, and 12bpc. It also provides enough bandwidth to run 3440x1440 @ 60Hz over HDMI (something that HDMI 1.4 can't do).

The adapter is active, but does not require any "external" power via USB or AC adapter (something that was needed in early DL-DVI to DP adapters).
