Standard Nuzlocke Rules
You can catch only the first Pokémon encountered or obtained in any route or area.
Fainted Pokémon are considered “dead” and must be released (or permanently boxed).
(Optional) Everything should be given a nickname to form a better attachment to it.

Sleeplocke Rule
The player of the game loses the challenge if they, personally, fall asleep, meaning the game must be beaten in a single day or play session.
For most players, they are free to take breaks, save their game and come back later, grab a bite to eat, etc., as long as they don’t fall asleep. In the context of a stream, this is generally one sitting and one giant stream session.
