The Concept: A video game musical album consisting of 26 tracks of music--one song from one different game for each artist. All pieces beginning with each consecutive letter of the alphabet (=26 main pieces) performed by one artist/group. Released to raise money for Child's-Play Charity (http://www.childsplaycharity.org/).

Release Date: June 1-30 is the challenging timeframe for our musicians to complete their respective tracks. Album release the first week in July.

Q: What exactly is "Multiplayer"?
"Multiplayer" is a huge community-powered album and challenging project, where we are creating an alphabetical video game tribute album in only ONE MONTH. Releasing on Loudr/iTunes in July!

Q: What will this album sound like?
It'll sounds good and stuff. "Multiplayer" will be approximately 26 songs, one for each letter of the alphabet, from a huge variety of popular video game soundtracks, and some additional bonus songs. We have talented composers and musicians in the rock, metal, electronic, classical, funk, and jazz genres. We guarantee you'll be jamming to this :)

Q: Who is a part of this "Multiplayer" album exactly?
Ro and I have invited a group of talented, creative, and fast-working VG Musicians to work together for this project of ours. With an emphasis on arranging and working under the 1-Month Challenge, look forward to hearing work from the following:

Q: Can I help with music/art/catering/sharing?
YES YES YES. For musicians, if you tag your video #MultiplayerVGAlbum, give our donation/Facebook Group link a mention, and/or message myself or Ro, we'll add you to a special playlist to shout out and you'll be a part of the cause. Additionally, fan-art, podcast mentions, and any form of spreading this video and the album news is more than appreciated. Interviews: Ro and I, in addition to the 30+ musicians involved, are more than happy to talk on your website about the project, recording, and what we plan to do. Comment below or message us on the Facebook Group listed above if you'd like!

Q: Why are you doing this to me/my wallet?
We have two simple goals:
1) raise money to give back to the community, especially for children in need of education and fun during a difficult time.
2) bring awareness, excitement, and teamwork to the Video Game Music community. Please help contribute for the sake of supporting the children or for your community of musicians working together to make an unprecedented album of expertly arranged video game music.

Any other questions? Comment below and let me know! Otherwise, feel free to message me over on the facebook group! I'm looking forward to sharing this album with you guys in a little over a month, so please look forward to it!
