Anny's Randomizer mod differs from proteh's old Randomizer in that instead of randomizing the demon spawns every time you load the game, this version generates random spawns that do not change even when loading a checkpoint or reloading the game.
This is done by randomizing its spawns beforehand using a pre-defined seed. Think of it as Minecraft seeds except instead of a random world, it's random demon spawns.
The seed I used is: Thug Hunter

Anny's Randomizer mod is currently in development, so not all the levels are finished and there are still a few bugged spawns here and there.

In the video, I was using various gameplay-altering mods, one of them being Velser's "Upgraded Suit and Weapons" mod which makes your suit fully upgraded from a fresh save, and your weapon mods will be fully upgraded once one you obtain them. I would recommend playing the Randomizer mod with some kind of New Game Plus, whether through a maxed save or a mod like what I did.

I was also trying to play without the Air Control Rune but I wasn't used to it (despite me playing a lot of Battlemode) so pardon my clumsy movement.
