In yet another revelation on how Blizzard treats its own employees poorly, we have a new scandal with forced stack-ranking performance evaluation - a 1980s practice that was commonly deemed a disastrous failure by the 2010s - being enforced at Blizzard since 2021. So, when others give up on bad practices, Blizzard starts using them. Wow.
