So, it seems that Galliard's Enhance Ability node in his SA actually messes up this strategy because his self taunt will last for 2 turns instead of 1, which means that Alma AS loses a boatload of damage on turn 4 as all of their attacks will then be aimed at Galliard and not Alma AS. So I needed to make a few adjustments.

The strategy is similar to the old one where I used Galliard, but this one uses Helena instead. I had to give her Taunt grasta to make this work. It seems that she needs to get stunned on turn 3 to lose her taunt status so Alma AS can get her High Alchemic state on turn 4 (that's why the old strat worked). Also, since I had to put Taunt grasta on Helena, I have to find some other character to hold the seventh proficiency debuff grasta; since Myunfa Alter has 1 of her own equipped already along with damage buffing grastas on to help Alma's damage, Shion Alter already has 3 equipped, Helena has 2 equipped, and Yukino AS is grasta slaving for Alma AS, the only other choice I had was to place it on Melissa, which meant lowering her damage. But that's fine since she's really only here to generate act points anyway.
