Anthem appears to have a critical error that is manifesting most commonly on PS4 which powers down the console in an unsafe way and results in a safety check of the Hard drive and other problematic safety measures kicking in which indicates and VERY unsafe problem.

This has to be fixed... no matter how slim the chance this kind of problem is just too much. They are updating VERY quickly, and for that must be commended but this needs to be front of the queue and next on the agenda.
