Anthem First Impressions: It Has A Long Way To Go
Here's a brutally honest review of Anthem. I love the game but I cannot bring myself it recommend it in its current state. The game is a tremendously beautiful but shallow experience that doesn’t have enough to become your next grind game. And what’s there is overshadowed by technical issues and a huge lack of core social and gameplay features. If you’ve played 30 hours you’ve played everything. The game is still very enjoyable at times I and might continue to make content on it but... I'm not feeling as much as excitement as I once was.
I'm so fatigued from looter shooters missing the mark by so much at launch. All I want is for one of these games to release in the same situation as they end up after a year or two of feedback and work. It makes me really sad to have to write such a negative review because the game has so much potential. This review was exhausting to make for a lot of reasons so even though I said this is my first review of the full game, I may not make anymore.

About me and my YouTube Channel

Hi, my name is Ethan and I'm 21 years old! I love all things video games but I'm best known for making guides of Destiny / Destiny 2. "Ninja Pups" is my current channel here, one that I've been uploading to on and off for over 6 years. I started uploading content to YouTube in Dec. 2011 on an old channel that's long gone. It wasn't very exciting stuff, mostly just gameplay of me in Halo: Reach's Infection mode as Last Man Standing paired with my favorite copyrighted music at the time. I used to film the videos on my Ipod 4 in a dark room off my crt tv and long story short it didn't look great. But after many years of hard work I've found a lot of success doing something I enjoy. I love making content for YouTube + Twitch and it's been my passion for a long time, but my real dream one day is to be able to travel around the world making short aesthetic montages of this beautiful world.
For now I hope I can branch out to making different kinds of content for many different kinds of games in the near future. I honestly never thought I'd have an audience so if you're watching and reading this, I love you.
