this has happened to me only a few times and i had chalked it up to my own miss-clicking but apparently this is a known cheat. the cheat used by the other player pulls you out of ADS right as you go to take the shot. you can see me at 0:38 come out of ADS right as i fire, but then i was able to land 2 follow up shots and kill him. the follow up shots, however, were both wall bangs through the thin wood of the dock structure, so perhaps the cheat did not recognize that i had the player in my sights, since technically i am looking at the wood. interesting evidence, to say the least.
